Our Policies
APPOINTMENTS POLICY:
We are by-appointment only and require a €50 booking fee to be paid in full in order to secure your appointment. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush or cut corners.
We ask that you plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for pre numbing time and form filling etc.
Late Arrivals: We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 20 minutes or more late for your appointment. It may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will be charged the full cost of the services you booked. A 20 minute grace period applies but we require that clients call or text if they are going to be late. Being more than 20 minutes late will result in the cancellation of your appointment or to proceed with a shortened treatment at our discretion. In which case the client will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
PLEASE NOTE: We love children and pets, but due to insurance and liability requirements, children and pets are not allowed in the treatment area during the appointment, so this keeps you and your little darlings safe.
PLEASE NOTE: We unfortunately do not touch up other artist's work. The reason for this is because we have no way of knowing what pigments, techniques, aftercare and tools were used from the other artist and often times the 'touch-up' slips into the corrective category and more time may have to be spent on the brows than normal and may require more treatments.. If we do take on a client with previous work done, it will be at our discretion following our consultation, and this procedure will be charged at the full treatment price.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or the non refundable deposit will be charged.
Strict and enforced 48 hours cancellation policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. This will be your €50 deposit.
If in the event that you have to cancel your appointment due to unforseen circumstances outside of the 48 hour cancellation timeframe, the €50 deposit will be used for your next re-scheduled appointment. However, if you fail to re-book within 6 month of the original cancellation date then this will unfortunately be forfeited.
- Less than 48 hour notice will result in a forfeit of your booking fee.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged the booking fee amount
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
CONFIRMATION:
As a courtesy, we will endeavour to email you to confirm your service appointment two business days (48 hours) prior to your appointment date. If we do not receive a reply to confirm the appointment up to the day before, we will take that it is cancelled and the cancellation policy will come into effect. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee, in the case that we are not able to send this reminder.
REFUNDS POLICY:
No refunds for services rendered. This will be covered in the consent form again but if there are any issues after the treatment that you are not happy about, please talk to us directly to try find a resolution.
